PORTAL CARD PRINTING

Exciting news about the Outreach Portal! We have added a new feature that we think everyone will appreciate. The Outreach Portal will now keep a copy of the front and back of the Outreach Cards in the Trainer's report record. Trainers no longer need to physically copy or scan their cards, saving you time!  The document will be stored in the same area you currently upload your files.  To view the files, go to the Trainer's completed submitted report, scroll to the bottom and you will see  "Report Files". Copies of cards are labeled "student card copies".

When printing, the printer defaults to 1 card per page. In the printer settings you can choose how many cards per page up to "16 pages" & even 2 sided which would bring it up to 32 total card copies on 1 sheet of paper.  In the printer settings look for "pages per sheet" which is usually up to 16 and then check mark double sided.
